KICK’N UP KOUNTRY TICKET CONTEST

OFFICIAL RULES

CONTEST begins at 12:01 am (CT) on APRIL 3, 2008, AND ends at 11:59 PM (CT) on AUGUST 2, 2008.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Visit http://www.fargobands.com and follow the links to complete and submit the entry form. ENTRIES MUST BE RECEIVED BY 11:59 PM (CT) ON AUGUST 2, 2008.
2. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Two (2) Winners ((1)First / (1)Second) will be selected from among all eligible entries received. The Two Winners will be selected and notified on or about AUGUST 4, 2008.  Winners will be notified by email.
3. PRIZES: One (1) First Prize: Two Reserved Seat Tickets to Kick’n Up Kountry Music Festival in Thief River Falls, MN on Labor Day Weekend 2008. One (1) Second Prize: Two General Admission Tickets to Kick’n Up Kountry in Thief River Falls, MN on Labor Day Weekend 2008. All prizes will be awarded (assuming a minimum of ten (10) eligible entries). No substitution or transfer of prizes permitted. Sponsor responsible only for prize delivery; not responsible for prize utility, quality or otherwise. Taxes and fees, if any, are the sole responsibility of prize winner.
4. ELIGIBILITY: Contest open to individuals age 21 or older as of AUGUST 2, 2008, except employees (and their immediate families and members of the same household) of Sponsor, its affiliates, agents, judges and advertising and promotion agencies.
5. VERIFICATION OF WINNER AND DELIVERY OF PRIZE: Winners may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and, where permitted, publicity release. Prize may be forfeited if affidavit is not returned within 14 days after mailing to winner or if prize notification letter or prize is returned as undeliverable or if 3 attempts to contact entrant by email are unsuccessful. Winner agrees to use of name, city, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any medium without additional compensation to the extent permitted by law.
6. GENERAL: This Contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable country, federal, state and local laws and regulations. This Contest will be governed by the internal laws of the State of Minnesota, USA and any applicable U.S. Federal laws. Any and all legal actions or claims arising in connection with this Contest must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within the United States of America. By participating in this Contest, each entrant accepts the conditions stated in these Official Rules, agrees to be bound by the decisions of the judges and warrants that s/he is eligible to participate in this Contest. By accepting prize, winner agrees to release Sponsor, its directors, employees, officers, and agents, including without limitation, its advertising and promotion agencies, from any and all liability, loss or damages arising from or in connection with the awarding, receipt, and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any prize-related activities.
7. CAUTION. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS CONTEST IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS. SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH INDIVIDUAL TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
8. All information provided by entrant (name, address, e-mail address, phone number) will be used for an e-mail newsletter from fargobands.com. If any entrant removes themselves from said newsletter or submits false information, entrant will not be eligible to win contest. Also, all information is confidential and remains the property of FargoBands.Com to be used for its use only. Information will not be sold to any other organization or group.   
9. WINNERS LIST: To obtain name of winner, visit www.fargobands.com between April 3, 2006 and August 30, 2008.
